Are the watches in working condition?
Yes. All watches are confirmed to be in great working condition at the time of listing. Batteries may need replacement if depleted during shipping.
Do the items come with a warranty?
Warranty is not provided for vintage or pre-owned pieces. For any issues on arrival, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Are all purchases final?
Yes. All purchases are final due to the vintage/ pre-owned nature of our items, unless an item is materially misrepresented. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Do the watches come with a box?
Watches that include the original box will be noted in the listing. Otherwise, the watch will be delivered in a complimentary By the Hour pouch and box.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days and a notification is sent upon shipment. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected international destinations. For countries not listed at checkout, shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at bthourco@gmail.com.
