How is authenticity verified?
We carefully review each piece prior to sale, using available checks and independent third-party assessment when appropriate. As with all pre‑owned items, no process is infallible. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Are the watches in working condition?
Yes. All watches are confirmed to be in good working condition at the time of listing. Batteries may need replacement if depleted during shipping.
Do the items come with a warranty?
No warranty is provided for vintage or pre-owned pieces. For any issues on arrival, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Are all purchases final?
Yes. All purchases are final due to the vintage/ pre-owned nature of our items, unless an item is materially misrepresented. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Do the watches come with a box?
Watches that include the original box will be clearly noted in the listing. Otherwise, a complimentary By the Hour pouch and box will be provided.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days and a notification is sent upon shipment. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected international destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. For countries not listed, shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us.
