Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within five business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. For registered customers, visit the My Orders page to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the item is transferred to the carrier. Customs, duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
